Challenge part 2+3 of our CORE3 breath in this full body flow. We’ll work to challenge the upper body and core in variations of yoga poses and develop a strong connection to the pelvic floor. Taking the spine through different ranges of motion, we’ll learn to use our core to support our spine in preparation for functional movements of everyday life.
