Full body, all standing, prenatal strength workout using a wide stance to create space for the hips and cradling of the pelvic floor in preparation for a safe labor and delivery. We’ll emphasize lateral movement in the body and bring in a slider to challenge not only our heart rate but our center core.
EQUIPMENT: 2 Pairs of Lighter Dumbbells (3lbs + 5 lbs), Booty Band, Slider
