    Bring mind-body connection to the center core in the postpartum phase of life. Activate through the transverse abdominis, the oblique sling, and rectus admonis through breath.

    EQUIPMENT: Set of Light Dumbbells (3 lbs)

  • 02- CORE FIT POSTPARTUM WITH LUCY (20 MIN)

    Reconnect with the canister of the core while relaxing across the pelvic floor. Each movement emphasizes the connection to the deepest core muscles and engagement across the rectus abdominis, the oblique sling, and abdominal separation across the linea alba.

  • 03- CORE FIT POSTPARTUM WITH STEPHANIE (30 MIN)

    Reconnect with the core in full body movement. We’ll use our CORE3 breath to engage the front and back of the core to stabilize the pelvis and spine in full body movement.
