Connect with the pelvic floor and work on lifting out of the saddle in this first trimester to early stages second trimester spin bike series. In the first half of class we’ll work through moderate and hard push to challenge the heart rate in a safe way for mama and baby. In the back half of class we’ll pick up some dumbbells and work the shoulder girdle from multiple different angles and directions.
