In the earliest stages of pregnancy or prior to pregnancy, we’ll start to learn the fundamentals of connecting breath to body. This body weight flow will include moments of high impact cardio, we’ll work into the quads and glutes, and strengthen the shoulder girdle with body weight bearing movements.
