Indoor or Outdoor guided interval walk including longer work zone pushes.

03- FIRST TRIMESTER GUIDED WALK WITH MIKAELA (30 MIN)
Interval Indoor or Outdoor challenging speed, stride, full body movement, and duration of pushes. We’ll work through different intensity levels up to big bursts of breathless pushes.

04- FIRST TRIMESTER GUIDED WALK WITH MIKAELA (30 MIN)
Indoor or Outdoor dynamic guided interval walk. We’ll use shorter recovery periods to challenge the heart rate in easy, moderate, and hard pushes.

Speed focused guided walk working through challenging easy, moderate, hard, and breathless pushes.
